Marrakesh Outfit Diaries - Zeena Xena
Thursday, 8 February 2018 Marrakesh, Morocco
Hey guys! Keeping this post short and sweet today. I've uploaded a few of my Marrakesh outfits to instagram so wanted to also share what I wore whilst on holiday to the blog. If you've never been to Marrakesh before when it comes to dressing, you don't really have to worry much. Rules aren't as strict as the Middle East for example, but I would say do research for the areas/places you are visiting especially if you're travelling solo/as a duo or group of women only.
I always like to pack light jeans/trousers/long dresses/long cardigans (to cover my bum, or anything that may be a little cropped) when travelling to Morocco. Generally, you will get a few stares and words from locals because a) they know you're not Moroccan and b) you're dressed different, but it's nothing to worry about. My best tip is to carry that cardigan I mentioned & to also bring a scarf with you that can hide the boobage/belly area if you are wearing anything revealing.
These precautions are not necessary but as a woman sharing tips for other women, I'd like for you to all feel comfortable when visiting Morocco.
Here are a few of my outfits and where I wore them to:
Yellow Satin Dress - Desert D'agafay
Khaki Jumpsuit - Exploring Marrakesh Medina
Casual Outfit - Desert D'Agafay

Out of all these outfits, I felt most comfortable in the khaki jumpsuit + nude trousers and jean jacket (go In The Style). Both outfits were super comfortable for all day wear, I wasn't too hot or cold (temperatures were up and down) and overall these outfits weren't the least be revealing.
