The Bunny Chow concept recently launched their 'better breads' menu in line with those of us that are crazy on calorie counting just after Christmas and as the New Year begins. Many go back to work/study trying to cut out things such as bread where Bunny Chow have come up with the perfect solution to make their loaves healthier. Customers have the choice of the following:
The Matcha Green Tea White Loaf - Which helps to speed up metabolism and will keep you energised throughout the day.
The Charcoal Brioche Loaf - The Charcoal Brioche Loaf helps boost the immune system, gets rid of harmful toxins in the body and cleanses the digestive system. Bunny Chow recommends this brioche for a breakfast bunny.
The Protein Wholemeal Loaf - My personal favourite. This particular loaf lowers blood pressure and enhances brain function, something I feel I need as I lead such a busy life. For those of you heading to the gym this is the perfect 'pick me up' and will have you fully energised again.
Bunny Chow also offers a Gluten Free and a Naked Bunny Loaf which consists of quoina, peas, black beans, spring & pickled onions to act as a substitute for bread... How cool? So now, during lunch/dinner you don't have to feel guilty for indulging in bread as the properties within the above are so good!
So I opted for the Protein Wholemeal Loaf, filled with Chakalaka Chicken, Spicy Chicken Wings & a Cucumber Mojito. This is literally my go to when I visit Bunny Chow, the Cucumber Mojito was a new addition to my meal and I must say it did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back already!
