What I've Been Up To - Moving to Dubai, Planning Events & The Future!

Friday, 26 June 2015 London, UK

Hey guys, hope you're all well. It's been a while since my last post so I just wanted to catch up with you lovelies and let you know what I've been up to.

So let's start off with my big move to Dubai. A few months ago I was offered a job in Dubai that would have allowed me to travel the world. For me this would have been perfect as I graduated with a BA in Travel & Tourism Management and really just wanted to take a year out from all that I am doing right now. Truth be told, I was actually meant to be moving away today but sadly a few health issues has left me stuck here in London (sobs). I kid, I'm not sobbing - I'm happy in fact. I take everything as a sign, and I'm genuinely grateful for every opportunity that did or didn't happen. It is unfortunate and obviously I am sad because I mean helllo? Who wouldn't want to start a new life in a beautiful country like Dubai - but here's to the future

Moving on...
So I'm pretty sure you're aware that on Saturday 20th June Blogging Gals collaborated with Anesis Spa to launch their beauty youtube channel called Anesis TV (make sure you're subscribed because they'll be so many opportunities for bloggers to work with them). I mean who throws parties for youtube channel launches these days? We do!
All I can say is what a night. I was sick for the majority of it (grrrrrr) but from what I could see all my guests had a blast! From Red carpets, to Limos, Laurent Perrier champagne flowing - it was truly a night to remember and I am ever so grateful to have been a part of the planning process. If you missed out on the action just search #BloggingGalsParty to catch up on what went down that night.. here are a few photos of my Blogging Gals!

Firstly, I have to give a major shout-out to my ultimate babes Goddiva for hooking me up with such an AMAZING dress and The Jessica Range for providing me with the most sensational hair extensions.

As you can tell we had one of the best nights ever! I really wanted to do something different with this event, offering bloggers a night of glitz & glamour. Sadly half of the things I had planned didn't happen because of me being ill (I was literally in the back most of the night throwing up), but nonetheless my heart was filled with joy just seeing everybody smiling.
Have to give a huge shout out to Damien, Leah and the rest of Anesis for pulling off such a fantastic night!

Now I guess you want to hear about the future? Well since the success of the Blogging Gals Party, I have been contacted by some fantastic companies and PRs interested in me hosting/planning some events for them (eeeek). Also as the weather starts to warm up, I do plan on organising some exciting meetups with bloggers who have supported the Blogging Gals Community! I have so much more planned that sometimes my head can't even take it (haha). I really want to create a space for bloggers so they're work is never forgotten about. Big or small my business will always welcome bloggers from different ends of the spectrum.

I can honestly say that I love my work, you guys make waking up each morning even more worthwhile.. so here's to the future and hopefully conquering the blogging world one step at a time!
