Weight Watcher

So lately I've been putting on a bit of weight...mainly due to the fact that I'm in love with sweets & dairy products. I just can't get enough of twizzlers and cheese (not together of course). I love my body at times but sometimes I wish I was a bit more toned. I used to have the flattest belly with the widest hips, wish I loved. Now when I sit down I can see and feel rolls upon rolls which makes me really uncomfortable. I started exercising (still eating a load of junk) which makes no sense at all as to see a change in your body you need to make a change of what you put in it! 
Just like my hair I'll be keeping a diary of changes, just to show you progress and all. If any of you are doing the same thing I would love to hear from you and perhaps swap tips? 


I just couldn't resist...I'm cutting down though...(One treat a week)
