So lately I've been putting on a bit of weight...mainly due to the fact that I'm in love with sweets & dairy products. I just can't get enough of twizzlers and cheese (not together of course). I love my body at times but sometimes I wish I was a bit more toned. I used to have the flattest belly with the widest hips, wish I loved. Now when I sit down I can see and feel rolls upon rolls which makes me really uncomfortable. I started exercising (still eating a load of junk) which makes no sense at all as to see a change in your body you need to make a change of what you put in it! 
Just like my hair I'll be keeping a diary of changes, just to show you progress and all. If any of you are doing the same thing I would love to hear from you and perhaps swap tips? 

I just couldn't resist...I'm cutting down though...(One treat a week) 


  1. Hi zeena. How much do you weigh (in stones) if you don't mind me asking? It's just i would ideally like my body to resemble yours lol. At the moment I'm really really skinny and looking to put on some weight.

    1. Hey hun, at the moment I weigh 10 stone! I want to loose a stone and be more toned!! How are you going about putting on weight? I know its as hard as loosing it for some people xx

  2. I'm just eating loads and loads of food. Like 2 times what I usually eat, 3 meals a day, snacking in between.it is soo difficult! Lol.

  3. I think you look great! But it's always good to be healthier :) I'm trying to get fitter just because I'm lazy when it comes to exercise and I'm trying to be careful about snacking too :) xoxo
